Cited Media Director and Cited Podcast host Gordon Katic has been named as a grand jury member of the New York Festivals Radio Awards.
Established in 1957, the New York Festivals is one of the most prestigious international competitions in advertising, television, and radio programming. This appointment follows a milestone year for Cited Podcast, which was honoured by the New York Festivals for producing the best education podcast of 2025.
While winning is a career highlight, being selected to act as judge is an even greater honour; it is one thing to have your work recognized by peers, it is another to help define what excellence looks like in the industry. Katic will be part of an international panel evaluating audio across 14 categories, reviewing entries from over 30 countries and world-class outlets like the BBC, NPR, and CBC/Radio-Canada.
